Today, the style Vinyasa Yoga is inspired by the traditional system of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. It is based on the practice of series of postures (asanas) and movements accompanied by breathing exercises.
The Vinyasa Yoga has evolved based on advances in sciences like anatomy, physiology and sports medicine. It is a safe practice for all bodies because of the variations made in the order of asanas traditional Ashtanga series and changes in the lineup from the unique physiology of the practitioner.
All this without neglecting the most important: the mental-spiritual development and respect to traditional guidelines for practitioners of yoga described in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, document dating from about the third century BC

AcroYoga represents the convergence of a diverse assortment of movement arts and techniques.
AcroYoga combines acrobatic concepts with a yogic consciousness. They coined the term acroyoga in 1999 to describe their movement fusion of acrobatics, dance and yoga. After exchanging insights and techniques, we concluded that Yoga and Acrobatics have a common ground; “being in the moment"
The application of bandhas (internal locks) dristi (gaze) ujiay breath (sounded breath) and vinyasa flow (synchronization of movement with breath) to a partner acrobatic practice gave birth to Acro Yoga. Incorporating aesthetics from various dance forms ( B-boying, (break and street dance) – modern – jazz – ballet, improvisation, and mask-work) gave birth to AcroYoga Fusion: the fusion of AcroYoga with dance aesthetics. Being ‘in the moment’ and in balance with another person is the essence of AcroYoga.
